বাতিল এবং ফেরত নীতি

সাধারণ নীতি: আকরাম ডিজিটাল যেকোনো কারণে যেকোনো সময় অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। যদি একটি অর্ডার শিপমেন্টের আগে বাতিল করা হয়, আমরা মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে পূর্ণ ফেরত প্রদান করব।
বাতিলের অনুরোধ: বাতিলের অনুরোধ করার জন্য, অর্ডার দেওয়ার 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের গ্রাহক সেবা দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। 24 ঘন্টার পরে প্রাপ্ত বাতিলের অনুরোধ প্রসেসিং ফি বা নিষেধাজ্ঞার বিষয় হতে পারে।
ফেরত নীতি: ফেরতগুলি ক্রয়ের জন্য ব্যবহৃত মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। আপনার বিবৃতিতে ফেরতটি প্রদর্শিত হতে 5-7 ব্যবসায়িক দিন সময় লাগতে পারে।
ফেরতযোগ্য নয় এমন আইটেম: নিম্নলিখিত আইটেমগুলি সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়:
- ডিজিটাল পণ্য: একবার ডিজিটাল পণ্য ডাউনলোড বা অ্যাক্সেস করা হলে, এটি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- কাস্টম বা ব্যক্তিগতকৃত আইটেম: আপনার নির্দিষ্টকরণ অনুযায়ী কাস্টমাইজ বা ব্যক্তিগতকৃত আইটেমগুলি সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- বিক্রয় আইটেম: বিক্রয়ের উপর কেনা আইটেমগুলি সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

Akram Digital reserves the right to cancel or modify orders at any time, for any reason. If an order is canceled before shipment, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.
