মেয়াদ এবং সমাপ্তি

এই শর্তাবলী এখানে বিষয়বস্তুর ক্ষেত্রে আপনার এবং আকরাম ডিজিটালের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি গঠন করে এবং মৌখিক বা লিখিত হোক না কেন সমস্ত পূর্ববর্তী বা সমসাময়িক যোগাযোগ এবং প্রস্তাবগুলিকে ছাড়িয়ে যায়।

বিচ্ছেদযোগ্যতা

যদি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো বিধান অবৈধ বা অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বলে ধরে নেওয়া হয়, তাহলে এই ধরনের বিধানকে আঘাত করা হবে এবং অবশিষ্ট বিধানগুলি পূর্ণ বল এবং কার্যকর থাকবে৷

মওকুফ

এই শর্তাবলীর কোন বিধানের কোন মওকুফ এই ধরনের বিধান বা অন্য কোন বিধানের আরও বা অব্যাহত মওকুফ বলে গণ্য হবে না।
